Pool Rules

Rule 1:
No Shoes, Drinks, or Diving

For obvious reasons we cannot allow these things in the tranquil waters of our pool. Kindly observing these rules ensures that everyone remains free of injury and that the booze stays where it belongs.

Rule 2:
Respect the Time Limit

The time limit changes based on how many people are waiting. Please be respectful of those behind you in line who haven't yet had a chance to get in the ball pit. When you're asked to exit the pool please do so.

Our Ball Pit Cleaning Robot

Each week he sucks every ball out of the pit and gives each one a bleach bath. The cleaned balls are isolated until all their friends get a bath and then returned home. Most items lost at Concourse are lost in the ball pit and are recovered during cleaning.

Lost & Found

Be sure to leave a detailed description of your item in the form. If you’ve lost a phone, please list the model and color of the phone, kind of case, and let us know your lock screen background image so we can identify the phone as yours. 

What happens after I fill out the form?

Your form automatically gets sent to our email and is already being checked throughout the weekend. No need to call or email again!

So my stuff was found. When can I pick it up?

Our Lost & Found goes to our Main Office at 901 N. Delaware Ave. and any found items can be picked up Monday - Friday, 10 am - 6 pm. If you lost your coat, however, that’ll still be at Concourse, and you can pick that up when we are open: Friday and Saturday 8 pm - 2 am.

We appreciate your patience while we search for items.

Any lost items that have not been retrieved by their owner within 30 days will be donated.
